Gregory House Jr. MD

I am taking a poll from the two people who read this blog. (Dad you are excluded)
Who thinks I should go to medical school? At least I know that no one will discriminate against me based on my religion...
Here's the deal. The only thing I took in college was Calculus and Biology for non majors so basically I would have to go back to school to do post bac for about 2 years before I could even take the MCAT's and apply. Then I apply and get in and go for four years and then do all the residency/internship (honestly I have no idea what all that stuff is about or what comes first). So by the time I am an actual doctor it puts me at about..... 35. So, I am going to go with no but I want to hear other opinions.

Cuckoo for Cocoa

So this Sunday I went to the NY Chocolate Show. I invited some friends to join me and I got so many excuses of why they couldn't come. I believe I was speaking in plain English when I said CHOCOLATE- but I guess other people's relationship with chocolate doesn't run as deep.
I had 2 complaints about the show. The first being that the venue is really ill suited for an event like that. It has no traffic flow and there was some severe foot traffic and quite the fire hazard. The second issue I had was that some of the booths had really expensive chocolate for sale and no samples. How am I supposed to know if I want to buy your chocolate if I have no idea what it tastes like. But the booths that did provide samples were quite delicious and I tried to moderate so that I wasn't unbelievably nauseated. I was only mildly nauseated at the end. The best deal of the day was Schokinag baking chips for $5 a tin whereas it is normally $11 a tin. Then I tasted a dark chocolate bar that was made from 85% cocoa. It had hints of berry flavors. It was made by master chocolatier Michael Recchiuti. It was the best chocolate I have had in a very long time. Here are some pictures....
There was a chocolate fashion show on Thursday night and some of the outfits were on display.
